158 RSA BSAFE Crypto-C Developer’s Guide
state of the algorithm object following the call to B_DigestUpdate. The digestAI
argument is simply the AI_* that we used in the original
B_SetAlgorithmInfo call.
This is required because each AI_* has a routine associated with it internally, which it
uses to interpret the data in the given state info. The
dataToDigest argument contains
the block to digest.
